We offer the following activities:
Assembly activities
- Comprehensive supply and installation of office and industrial air conditioning units.
- We supply air conditioning units in a wide range of renowned brands, types and performances.
- Delivery and installation will be done according to the design documentation, or we are able to prepare a proposal.
Service activity
Range
of service activities:
in terms of hygiene and health
- cleaning, replacing and disinfecting filters
- evaporator cleaning and disinfection
- cleaning the condenser outdoor unit using detergents
in terms of the reliability and durability of the air conditioner
- air conditioning adjustment
- checking the fan
- checking the thermostat setting, control including battery condition control
- air conditioning functional tests
The
frequency of service activities depends largely on the length of use
of the air conditioner, but based on our experience we recommend the
following:
- For office air-conditioning systems, adjustments and cleaning at least once a year.
- For industrial air-conditioning systems, adjustment and cleaning at least once a month.
Dismantling with environmentally-friendly disposal of the equipment
In
case of dismantling old and non-functional air-conditioners, we will
arrange their removal and subsequent ecological disposal of the
coolant and the whole equipment.
Air conditioning before/after overhaul
Checking the tightness of the cooling circuit
If
the air conditioning equipment is subject to mandatory control under
“Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the
Council”:
- We will check the tightness of the cooling circuit by professionally trained personnel.
- We will introduce the “Equipment Record-keeping Book”.
- We determine the optimal frequency of the cooling circuit leak tightness checks.
General overhauls of air conditioning units
- We provide overhauls of ZLATNÍK series MOS and EKJ air conditioning units.
- We carry out the rebuilding of SULZER Escher Wyss air conditioning units.
- As part of the overhaul or conversion, we will convert the air conditioning units to coolants that meet environmental standards.
- As part of the overhaul or conversion, we will convert the air conditioning units to new types of compressors.
